Data We Collect

Name, email address, phone number, project details, and correspondence when you contact us via email or our contact form.

Purpose & Legal Basis

We process data to respond to enquiries, deliver design services, and fulfil contractual obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Marketing communications require your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Retention

Enquiry data is retained for 24 months. Client project data is retained for 10 years per Italian commercial law.

Your Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Contact [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

We use EU-hosted email and project management tools bound by data processing agreements.
